Tournament Format & Rules
- Handicap Format: 80% of 210 (30-pin max handicap)
- Use highest certified 2024–2025 Fall/Winter league average (min. 21 games)
- Bowlers without an average bowl at 210
- 16 total games: Two 8-game blocks
- Lane re-oil between blocks
- Lane change after every game
USBC Rule 400 Compliant
- Youth bowlers welcome (prizes awarded via SMART accounts; parent/guardian permission required)
- Side Pots & Brackets available (sign up at check-in)
- Ties for 1st–4th settled by 9th & 10th frame roll-off
- Tardy players will receive zero for missed frames
Refund Policy
- Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before the event
- 50% refund if canceled within 48 hours of the event
Waiver & Parent Consent
All participants must sign a waiver confirming the accuracy of their information and agreement to tournament rules.
Youth participants (under 18) must submit a signed parent/guardian consent form.
