Important information! - Please read

PARTY GUESTS / ATTENDEES

* The 2 lane Party Packages without the party room provide your party with 2 bowling lanes, an associated lane table & area and one party table which accommodates up to 22 guests/attendees (includes both bowlers & non-bowlers).

Due to safety codes, safety concerns for your party and the safety of our other guests, any parties in access of 22 people (bowlers & non bowlers) will be required to book either the party room or add additional lanes. Our Party & Events Planners will be happy to provide you with additional information and pricing!

No outside Food or Drink allowed! 

The only exception is birthday cakes/cup cakes for birthday parties coordinated through one of our Party & Events Coordinators.

START TIME

All party reservations will start automatically at the scheduled time. It is extremely important that you and your guests arrive at the time that the Party Planner has recommended. This will allow you to complete any personal setup details and finalize any the remaining particulars.
Once your party reservation time has expired, our staff will assist you in gathering your gifts and party items. Cleaning procedures and preparations will immediately begin for the next reservations guests.

*ADDITIONAL LANES

Additional lanes can be added to either package. You may choose to add more lanes with or without party favors and food. Guests of the lanes added without party favors or food are welcome to open a credit card tab with Gutters Grille or pay as they go.

A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED!

A 50% Deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your party reservation confirmation. Failure to make the deposit will result in the deletion of the reservation and the return of the dates, lanes, room, etc. to “open and available” inventory.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled party date. Cancellations made after the 48 hour period will receive a gift certificate or gift card for the full value of the deposit which can be used for a future party, event, bowling or used for food in Gutters Grille.

Emergency situations should be discussed with the management.
